We reserve the right to carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, and we will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.

tania77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of this Agreement is identified or suspected; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; (c) the player is identified as being under 21 years of age; (d) the player has been placed on a self-exclusion list; or (e) tania77 is required to do so by a competent authority or its licensing obligations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Accounts may do so by contacting the tania77 support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
